From Parkway North: Take Exit 148 (Bloomfield Avenue Exit) 25 cent toll. At the bottom of the exit ramp is the intersection of JFK Drive and Bloomfield Ave. Cross Bloomfield Ave (You can't make a left onto Bloomfield Ave.), and continue to the next light. Make a left onto Franklin Ave. You will be crossing under the Parkway. Go down two lights (first light is on other side of Parkway). Second light is the intersection of Franklin Ave. and Montgomery St. Make a left at this light. Montgomery St. becomes Municipal Plaza after the light (Municipal Building is to your left and the Post Office is to your right). Continue through the next light, which is the intersection of Municipal Plaza and Bloomfield Ave. Municipal Plaza will end at Conger St. Make a left on to Conger St. Conger St. will bear to the right. There will be a traffic light at the intersection of Conger St. and Glenwood Ave. Conger St. turns into Lackawanna Place on the other side of the light. 25 Lackawanna Place will be the second building on your right after you pass the municipal parking lot. We are across the street from the train station.
