From Lincoln Tunnel: Take the Lincoln Tunnel to RT 3 West, to Garden Parkway South. Take Exit 148 (Bloomfield Avenue Exit off the Garden Parkway South). Make a right at the first light (immediately after exit ramp) onto Montgomery Street. The next light is the intersection of Montgomery St. and Franklin Ave. Go through this light. Montgomery St. becomes Municipal Plaza after the light (Municipal Building is to your left and the Post Office is to your right). Continue through the next light, which is the intersection of Municipal Plaza and Bloomfield Ave. Municipal Plaza will end at Conger St. Make a left on to Conger St. Conger St. will bear to the right. There will be a traffic light at the intersection of Conger St. and Glenwood Ave. Conger St. turns into Lackawanna Place on the other side of the light. 25 Lackawanna Place will be the second building on your right after you pass the municipal parking lot. We are across the street from the train station.
