The
Hoffman 2020 Hydrocarbon series
dry cleaning machine distinguishes itself from all other
machines and offers the 21st century Dry Cleaner a unique
way of dry cleaning at a competitive market price. Designed
and engineered specifically to handle the new breed of
isoparaffinic hydrocarbon solvents, the H2020
assures the highest degree of separation between any of
the hydrocarbon solvents and water. Individual separators
are used for drying solvent and distilled solvent assuring
complete removal of water contaminants through a Four
Pass Water Separator. The 2020
is available as either a 3 tank rigid mount or 2-tank
soft-mount machine designed to allow high speed extracts
ranging from 730-860 rpm developing from 344 to 390 "G"
forces. Two independent inverter drive controllers assure
ultimate programming flexibility in processing even the
most delicate type of garments. Dual filtration is standard
for isolation of dark and light cleaning. The vacuum drying
and self-cleaning still pump out system provides superior
safety devices and assures minimal exposure rates to the
operator. A Safety containment tank is a standard feature.
The Millennium 2020 Computer
Control System consists of 20 pre-programmed
formulas expandable to 40 formulas.
The
2020 Series is the culmination of years of
research designed to provide the safest and most effective
means of dry cleaning offered today. This European design
has been proven to be an excellent combination of performance
and reliability throughout Europe and is now available
in the US market in a 40, 45, 55, and 70 lb. capacity
models.
