COAT-O-MATIC finishes
suit jackets, raincoats, overcoats, jackets, blazers,
parkas and more. It is a combination of a form finisher
and collar press. The unique head and buck was originally
developed to form and shape collars on jackets for the
tailored garment industry, this was then modified for
the application for drycleaners. Advanced design incorporating
a special head and buck shape allows any operator to quickly
dress and properly set collars to produce consistently
superior quality jackets. Minimum operator skills are
required which de-skill this operation and reduce your
labor costs. The COAT-O-MATIC
is now standard with pneumatic front and rear clamps.
