We are pleased to announce a new feature that we have developed for the above press models that will greatly improve the locking function, and enhance the existing safety mechanism. Locking Improvement Kits that can be installed in less than 5 minutes are available at a minimal cost through our Parts Department.

New Product Release
Hoffman/New Yorker Double Legger Press-Mate
Available exclusively from Hoffman/New Yorker is a new stand-alone device that will allow any automatic single legger press to become a double legger.
Available as a new item to be attached with any Hoffman/New Yorker legger presses, this device allows the operator to press both legs simultaneously without seam impressions and faster than with double legger presses. The operator simply pulls the press-mate material across the first leg, and then places the second leg on top. The pressing cycle is the same as if traditional pressing was being done. However, once the cycle is completed the press-mate material is automatically retracted allowing the operator to simply place the pants on a hanger. This process is far less cumbersome than double legger presses which use a manually or even automatic operated center leaf or trampoline. Fewer motions translate into higher productivity. An increase of 35% or more production is easily attainable.
